Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance are included in the Group Life Insurance Plan.
国产偷拍视频A Group Term Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan is provided to all full-time employees with the premiums paid for entirely by the University. Eligible employees may purchase at their own expense additional term life insurance above the amount provided in the basic plan.
All employees who work more than 20 hours per week on a regular basis and who have completed one year of service with the University are required to become members of the Teachers’ Retirement System of Alabama. Each employee is required to contribute 5 percent of his/her total annual salary to the Retirement System, and the amount paid into the system by each employee is supplemented by an allocation from the state legislature. After 10 or more years of creditable service, a member has a vested interest in the Teachers’ Retirement System and may apply for a monthly benefit check upon reaching age 60.

Are the positions listed on the website current?

Yes. Once you log in to your account, review the job openings and select the apply link at the right to apply for the position. Repeat this for each position that is of interest.
How soon can I expect to hear the outcome of my applications?
The department responsible for the vacancy will review qualified applications and contact applicants selected for an interview. There is no set timeline and each department varies based on position need. You can log in to your account and select the "application status" tab to review the status for your application.
I would need a visa, can I still apply?
Yes. The online application requires consent to provide documentation for authorization to work in the U.S., as well as a valid social security number.
I do not have an email address, how will I receive correspondence?
An email address, as well as a physical address, is required for completing an online application. An email address can be created for free from various email providers (i.e. Yahoo).
How do I know my application has been received?
You will see a confirmation on the screen immediately after selecting the "submit" button. An email may also be sent to you with the same confirmation information.
How can I view my online application history?

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Do I have to attend the campus tour?
国产偷拍视频 Part of our new employee Onboarding process involves providing you with a campus tour. You will be guided by one of our Student Orientation Services members and it will take approximately 45 minutes.
As a new employee, what training is mandatory for me to take?
- Alabama Ethics Law: Required for employees whose base pay is $50,000 or more and/or employees with purchasing responsibilities. This video training is held in a classroom setting or can be taken online at your desk. If you take it on your own, a copy of the certificate of completion must be returned to the Office of Human Resources for placement in your personnel file.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Mandatory for all employees as soon as possible after the first day reported for work.
- Workplace Harassment: Mandatory for all employees as soon as possible after the first day reported for work.
What is the purpose of the ASU New Employee Checklist and how does it work?
This checklist is organized chronologically and helps hiring managers prepare for the arrival of new employees. Your hiring manager will use it as a guide to make sure he/she is covering the most critical topics new hires should be aware of. Please schedule a meeting with your immediate manager to request a review of this checklist.

Hornetsweb is your avenue to access a variety of personal employment and financial paths such as personal contact information, payroll and compensation data, direct deposit history, benefits, emergency contacts W2 forms, department authorized purchasing capabilities and vendor listings. How do obtain my Employee ID number (EIN) and/or email address?
